HospiOS uses fair localized pricing so hospitality businesses in every market can run on one modern platform — while staying sustainable as a global product.
Fair pricing for local markets
Prices are adapted to local purchasing power and market conditions — not to daily exchange rates. Your subscription price is based on the country selected for billing.
Independently set, per country
Every country has its own commercial pricing profile: prices, taxes and payment methods are configured by market — never converted at runtime.
Protected pricing for customers
Pricing is versioned. If we ever adjust prices, existing subscriptions keep the version they started on unless you explicitly agree to a change.
Your billing country decides
Changing the country on this page updates the prices shown. At checkout we validate the billing country and price server-side, so the amount you pay matches the plan you book.

Enterprise brings a central reservation system, group-level finance and inventory, SSO, custom integrations and a dedicated account manager — scoped for your operation.

Why does pricing vary by country?
HospiOS uses localized pricing: prices are set per market based on local purchasing power and market conditions — not on daily exchange rates. The price you see is the price for the billing country you select.
How is the price determined?
Your billing country determines the price shown at checkout. You can change the country manually; the final price is always validated from our side when you book, so the price you pay matches the plan and region you subscribe to.
Are taxes included in the prices shown?
We show tax handling for each country — some prices include local tax (for example GST in India) and others are shown before local taxes. The tax note on this page reflects the billing country you have selected.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing is available on every plan and is configured per country — it typically equals ten months of the monthly price, so you save about two months per year.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Move between Solopreneur, Starter, Growth, Professional and Enterprise as you grow — modules switch on or off without losing any of your data.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No lock-in. Plans are month-to-month, and enterprise groups can add custom SLAs and dedicated support on request.
